JANESVILLE — Janesville’s annual celebration of the holidays, Jolly Jingle 2023, kicks off Friday for three days of fun in and around downtown.
Among the highlights are trolley rides through downtown, the tree lighting at 6 p.m. followed by fireworks Friday and the lighted holiday parade stepping off at 6 p.m. Saturday.
