MILTON — An investigation continues into a shooting Tuesday in Milton that left one man injured.
The Rock County Communications Center received a call at about 5 p.m. Tusday reporting a man with a gunshot wound near the intersection of Plumb St. and Larch Ln. in the Milton.
Milton Police Department officers responded to the scene in addition to Rock County Sheriff’s deputies and Lakeside Fire and Rescue.
A man was found on scene and treated by Lakeside Fire and Rescue and transported for further medical treatment.
The shooting victim is reported to have non-life-threatening injuries.
This is an ongoing investigation, and no one is in custody at this time.
