JANESVILLE — Nurture your creative side this weekend when Art Infusion 2024 comes to downtown Janesville Sept. 6 – 8, 2024.

Since its inception in 2011, Art Infusion has continued to evolve and bring positive attention to the community, its attractions and especially the downtown area. In addition to the competition, there are opportunities for attendees to draw for fun and free sidewalk chalk art instruction is held for Janesville students.

Chalk artists of all skill levels, kids ages 10 and up, and adults are all invited to join the chalk drawing competition.

Cost:  Free for spectators, $15 to compete (includes chalk pastels and other supplies)

Pre-register online or at the Janesville CVB office (20 S Main St, Ste 11), 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday through Sept. 6. Registration will be available at the office, Saturday, Sept. 7 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday, September 8, 9 a.m. to noon.

Art will be judged on Sunday, Sept. 8 at 2 p.m. and drawing award announcements will be made at 3:30 PM at Firehouse Park.
