JANESVILLE — Six candidates are running in the April 1, 2025 election for three seats on the School District of Janesville’s Board of Education.
With only six candidates for three seats, there will not be a primary election in February. The seats on the school board are elected for a three-year term.
Incumbents James (Jim) Millard and Cathy Myers filed their declarations of non-candidacy in December. Michele Haworth is the only incumbent running for re-election.
The District Clerk has certified the following six candidates as eligible candidates for the three seats up for election on the Janesville Board of Education, and they are listed here in the randomly selected order they will appear on the April ballot:
● Tyra Johnson
● Colton Measner
● Cory James
● Julie Richardson

● Victoria Hereford
