UPDATE 8:35 a.m.: US Highway 14 is closed in both directions from Kemp Rd east of Janesville to County C/M at the Walworth County line due to a crash.
Westbound US 14 traffic head north on County Highway M. Follow County Highway M back to US 14. East bound traffic head south on WIS 140 to I-43. Head east on I-43 back to US 14.
