JANESVILLE — Rock County Cancer Coalition announced Tuesday the appointment of Goli Ziolek as its new Executive Director. Ziolek brings with her more than a decade of leadership experience in community engagement, fundraising, and the nonprofit sector.

“As the newly elected president of Rock County Cancer Coalition, I’m excited to welcome Goli Ziolek as our Executive Director,” said Jason Thoms, President of RCCC’s Board of Directors. “Goli’s passion for helping others and her wealth of nonprofit experience are a perfect match for our mission. I know she will bring fresh ideas, heartfelt leadership, and a true dedication to the families we serve. Together, we look forward to building on our strong foundation and making an even greater difference in the lives of our neighbors facing cancer.”

Ziolek succeeds longtime Executive Director Lucy Beckord, whose leadership expanded RCCC’s support services and helped hundreds of local families navigate cancer treatment. The coalition is excited for Ziolek to lead the organization into a new chapter of growth through increased community awareness and financial sustainability.

“I’m honored to join an organization that means so much to this community,” said Ziolek. “Rock County Cancer Coalition’s work touches lives in a truly meaningful way, and I’m excited to build on its strong foundation to expand our reach and impact.”

Rock County Cancer Coalition is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing direct financial support to Rock County residents undergoing cancer treatment. To date, RCCC has distributed more than $2.2 million in assistance to help families with essential monthly expenses.
