JANRSBILLE — Six candidates that have been certified to appear on the ballot of the April 1, 2025 election (in alphabetical order) are:

The filing deadline for candidacy was 5 p.m. on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Council member Dave Marshick is not running for re-election
The above-listed City Council Candidates will NOT appear on the tentative Tuesday, February 18, 2025, Spring Primary ballot, but there tentatively will be a primary election held for the entire State of Wisconsin for the State Superintendent of Public Instruction. The top two vote getters will advance to the April 1, 2025, ballot.
Offices to be elected on the April 1, 2025, Spring Election ballot include Justice of the Supreme Court, State Superintendent of Public Instruction, Court of Appeals Judge (District 4) Rock County Circuit Court Judge (Branch 1 and Branch 2), Janesville City Council, Janesville/Milton School Board, and a potential statewide Constitutional Amendment referendum.
