JANESVILLE — The City of Janesville Housing Services Division is currently accepting applications for the Revive & Thrive program.

This program helps eligible homeowners complete essential exterior repairs, including roofing, windows, and siding, supporting safe and well-maintained homes across the community.

According to the city, the purpose of the NEW Revive & Thrive loan program is to provide funding to homeowners to do complete, affordable, lasting, permanent improvements necessary to maintain a home in decent, safe and sanitary condition and preserve the housing stock within the City of Janesville. The Revive & Thrive program will address the repair and/or replacement of: windows and exterior doors; roofing system and siding. 

If you are a low to moderate income single-family homeowner in the City of Janesville, you may qualify for the Revive & Thrive Loan Program. Please see brochureapplication, and more information below. 

The Revive & Thrive program will accept applications until funding runs out. Funding is limited and available on a first come, first qualified basis. Applications may be returned in person at City Hall Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m., by mail (18 N. Jackson St., P.O.
