JANESVILLE — Park City Restaurant on E. Milwaukee has been sold to business that runs the Eat at Joe’s food truck.
“We’re excited to begin a new chapter and welcome the Janesville community through our doors,” read the announcement on the Eat at Joe’s Facebook page.
An official reopening date will be announced soon.
The Stoughton-based Eat at Joe’s food truck travels to a variety of communities and events in Southern Wisconsin.
Park City Restaurant has traditionally been known for serving breakfast, and the new owners say they are excited to expand their offerings.
They say they will be adding a bar and are planning to to begin serving dinner this October.
“We’re working hard to create a welcoming atmosphere with great food, refreshing drinks, and an experience you’ll want to enjoy again and again,” the new owners said.
